Card on file only holds your appointment slot. You will not be charged until your appointment. For cancellations, please reach out at minimum 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, there is a 50% charge for the services booked. If there is an emergency, please contact me directly. 50% deposit may be required after multiple cancellations or no-shows.
